Billing questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing dashboard and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked.
Do Top-ups expire?
No. Once purchased, top-up credits stay in your account indefinitely as long as you have an active Pro or Architect subscription.
What does Architect "Unlimited" mean?
You can generate without counting toward a small monthly cap like Pro. We apply a fair use limit of 200 PRDs per rolling 30-day period to prevent abuse. Normal use stays well below that.
How does annual billing work?
Toggle to Annual on the pricing cards above. You pay upfront for 12 months at a discounted rate (e.g. $84/yr for Pro instead of $108). You can switch between monthly and annual from your billing dashboard.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades go through the Lemon Squeezy billing portal, which handles proration automatically so you are never double-charged.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds for partial months, but if something is seriously broken on our side, reach out and we'll make it right.
Do you offer agency or team billing?
For now, use Architect for high-volume scoping. Dedicated agency and team packaging should be priced around delivery value, not casual usage.
