Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing dashboard and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked.
How do team seats work?
Studio includes 5 seats and Agency 10. Create a workspace in Settings, invite teammates by email link, and everyone works from the same versioned scope library — generations draw from one shared plan pool, so members don't need their own subscriptions.
What is the scope change-log?
Every scope brief is versioned. When a client asks for "just one more thing," you have a dated record of what was agreed at signoff — your evidence against scope creep on fixed-bid work.
How does annual billing work?
Toggle to Annual on the pricing cards above. You pay upfront for 12 months at roughly 20% off. You can switch between monthly and annual from your billing dashboard.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades go through the Lemon Squeezy billing portal, which handles proration automatically so you are never double-charged.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds for partial months, but if something is seriously broken on our side, reach out and we'll make it right.
